Hyundai Veloster Arrive In Malaysia On 2012

The Hyundai Veloster is a compact sports car which began sales in the summer of 2011. It became available for retail sale in North American in the fall of 2011. It was unveiled on January 10, 2011, at the Detroit auto show.

The car is different from many competitors as it has one door on the driver side and two on the passenger side. In most of the world the production model uses a direct-injected 1.6
liter 138 hp (103 kW), 123 lb·ft (167 N·m) (@ 4,850 rpm) torque, 4-cylinder engine. A 6-speed manual gearbox is standard while a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) with paddle shifters is available as an option. The DCT transmission is developed by Hyundai and is the

first dual-clutch transmission from the company. The Veloster will achieve an estimated 40 mpg-US (5.9 L/100 km; 48 mpg-imp) fuel economy, but does not yet have an official EPA rating.For some markets like the Middle East, the car is offered without GDI making 128hp.

A turbocharged model is planned for the 2013 model year.The car includes 17 inch wheels and 4-wheel disc brakes as standard features. A turbocharged 1.6 Gamma GDI was introduced in the 2011 Seoul Motor Show. It generates 208 hp at 6,000 rpm with 195 ft-lbs of torque from 1,600-5,000 rpm. This engine will be available in 2012. The Hyundai Veloster concept, a 2+2 three-door, glass-roofed hatchback concept car, was unveiled by Hyundai at the 2007 Seoul
Motor Show. It is the third in a series of cars styled by the company at its Namyang Design Center in Hwaseong, Korea.

Its name is a portmanteau of the words "velocity" and "roadster".The platform is based on the same front wheel drive ones in Hyundai Accent and Hyundai Elantra.

Toyota has unveiled the popular 7-seater Toyota Wish MPV new design for 2009.

The new Wish powered by Toyota’s new Valvematic engines. Valvematic is a continuously variable valve timing and valve lift mechanism, while VVT-i which affects timing. The engines are the 2ZR-FAE for the 1.8L model and the 3ZR-FAE for the 2.0L.

The 2.0L makes an impressive 158 PS at 6,200rpm and 196Nm of torque at 4,400rpm, while the 1.8L units either put out 144 PS and 176Nm of torque or 133 PS and 164Nm of torque. The lower figures are for models equipped with the 4WD drivetrain.

All engines are mated to the Super CVT-i transmission, and some have manual paddle shifting for 7 virtual CVT gear ratios.

Fuel consumption is said to have improved and exceeds Japanese 2010 standards by 20% for the 1.8L model, and 15% for the 2.0L model. The 2.0L unit gets 15.2km/l based on the Japanese 10-15 cycle, and the 1.8L model gets 16.0km/l.

In terms of practicality, the maximum luggage capacity has had its width increased by 95mm. The slimmer seatbacks for the seats increase legroom for the rows behind it. Front diagonal visibility is better by attaching the side mirrors to the door panels and reducing the width of the A-pillars. Seat covers have been treated with an anti-mite agent, and the climate control system has the Camry’s Plasmacluster air-purifying technology. The steering wheel is both tilt and reach adjustable.

The Wish also adds an improved version of VSC called S-VSC, which also uses the electric power steering system to apply appropriate steering torque to help stabilize it. High spec models get features such as keyless entry and start via a push button starter. The Wish has a parking assist system that tells you when to turn the steering wheel and when to back up during parallel parking, but doesn’t turn the wheel for you itself. There is also a 10-speaker Wish Panoramic Live Sound System for surround sound audio.

The picture of proton MPV now found uncovered in the internet. The MPV looks really gorgeous from outside with strong design cues from the Mitsubishi Grandis.
It will has 3 spoke design steering wheel with chrome finishing that will make it looks luxurious.
The instrument panel with orange LED looks cool with RPM on the left and analog speedometer on the right which tops out at 180km/h.
The gear knob is dash-mounted much like the Honda CR-V. The audio system more looks like from wira blaupunkt audio system. No more like gen-2 built-in audio system. It will give you an alternative to replace the MPV oem audio system to another audio system.
Centre console is a litte bit disappointing. The aircond vents looks like it was recycle from the old Saga. But it's some kind of display like in mazda3.

Upcoming Perodua MPV

Passo Sette and Daihatsu Boon Ruminous, will compete with the upcoming Proton MPV when they hit the road in early 2009. A Malaysian version is also expected to be marketed by the Perodua brand in the third quarter of 2009. The scanned photos are reportedly taken from a dealer brochure.

Although smaller than the upcoming Proton, the Toyota/Daihatsu vehicles are expected to compete thanks to clever use of interior space. A transverse mounted Toyota 3SZ-VE 1.5 liter engine powers the front wheels. Interior details such as shifter locations are expected to change for the Malaysian version.

The MPV slightly big then the Nissan Grand Livina. It is worth if we can get the price around RM70,000 or RM80,000. It will be hot in market like Malays said 'Pisang Goreng Panas'.
Rumours tell us we will get 7 seaters MPV with 1.6cps engine. Do not think that 1.6cps engine very small to the MPV. We had seen the teaser video of Honda's JDM Odyseyy. Now, Honda's JDM Odyssey has been revealed as one of the best handling minivans in Japan. For 2009, Honda has taken everything good about the outgoing third-generation model and made it better, beginning with a sleeker exterior that pulls a few cues from the Honda FCX Clarity.

Underneath the new, slightly stretched sheet metal lies a reworked chassis sporting double wishbones at all four corners, optional all-wheel-drive and a 2.4-liter four-cylinder i-VTEC powerplant putting out 171 hp in standard guise and 203 hp in the range-topping Absolute model.

The interior is adorned with all the techy tidbits that made previous generations a hit with family-toting geeks, including a sci-fi inspired dash and a new multi-positioned camera system that allows drivers to get a bird's eye view of the vehicle. Similar to the Fit sold in the States, the seating can be arranged in a multitude of ways, including folding flat to create something resembling a bed. We'd like to scam one out of Honda during our next trip to Japan so we can post on the move and don't have to worry about heading back to our hotel – which is traditionally only slightly smaller than the new Odyssey.

This is a spyshots of the new Proton MPV snapped by the_king (paultan.org reader) on the highway near the Prai Industrial Estate. Previously, the car’s drivetrain being tested in a test mule based on the Toyota Wish.

It's look that the MPV will be quite tall, which should mean good headroom which is especially needed when you are trying to get into the third row from the second row doors.

We can see a little bit of the vertical rear lamps exposed and as expected they have a similiar layout to the one in the teaser video, with the brake light positioned at the bottom and the signal lamps at the top.Those wheels look like they’re 15 inches. We should wait for other details from anothers spyshots. The MPV will be launch soon on 2009.

With its aluminum head, compacted graphite iron block and hollow camshafts, this compact and lightweight Euro IV-compliant power plant was designed specifically for Europe and features a high-pressure, 1,600-bar common rail fuel injection system with sophisticated Piezo injectors to deliver 240PS at 3,800rpm and an impressive 451Nm of torque at 1,750-3,500rpm.

Breathing through an innovative variable intake system with swirl control technology, the 24-valve engine features an electronically controlled VGT variable geometry turbocharger to ensure instant throttle response throughout the rev range. A DPF particulate filter will be available from early next year.

Driving the Hyundai iX55's torque-on-demand all-wheel drive train through a smooth shifting six-speed automatic gearbox - a Hyundai first - with the option of Shiftronic manual gear selection, the ix55 posts an exceptional combination of performance and economy. Maximum power output is 68PS (50kW) with maximum torque of 90Nm. Fuel consumption is low at 62.7 mpg on the combined cycle and CO2 emissions are just 103g/km. Standard transmission is a five-speed manual and a four-speed automatic transmission (uncommon among one-litre cars) with gate-type shifter is available as an option.

Suspension

The front suspension is of MacPherson strut type and the large, high-rigidity suspension frame is complemented by further strengthening in the strut mounting areas for superior handling. The rear suspension has Suzuki's proprietary 3-link rigid axle design, and incorporates numerous refinements for the new car. The coil springs and dampers were tuned for optimum handling stability through extensive testing on roads in Europe.

Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback 2009

Mitsubishi Motors Corporation will unveil, for the first time at an international motor show, the Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback at the Le Mondial de l'Automobile 2008 (Paris Motor Show 2008) being held in Halls 1-8 of the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from October 2 (October 4 for the general public) through October 19. The Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback will have its European launch this fall with a phased introduction into the various countries in the region.

The company will also be displaying the Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart and Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback Ralliart models that are based on the Lancer sports sedan and Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback. These models are powered by a turbocharged engine mated to Mitsubishi's Twin Clutch SST (Sport Shift Transmission) and delivering power to all four wheels through an Active Center Differential.

With its inverted-slant nose and trapezoidal grille that defines the Mitsubishi Motors design identity the sporty Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback is a 5-door sport hatchback, a body type that is very popular in Europe. The model is available in versions powered by 1.5-liter (109PS) or 1.8-liter (143PS) gasoline engines or by a 2.0-liter (140PS) turbo diesel engine. The Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback offers an "auto-folding function" which enhances luggage compartment convenience through adjustable rear floor height and rear seatbacks that can be tipped forward via a lever located in the luggage compartment. All 2009 Muranos feature Nissan's award-winning VQ series engine – a revised 3.5-liter DOHC V6 with 265 horsepower and 248 lb-ft of torque. The engine incorporates a Twin Nissan Variable Induction Control System (NICS), microfinished camshaft and crankshaft surfaces, DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coated valve lifters, resin intake manifold, forged crankshaft, digital knock control system, high capacity muffler and lightweight aluminum block and cylinder heads.

Engine power is transferred to a new, advanced Xtronic CVT™ (Continuously Variable Transmission) with Adaptive Shift Control (ACS) that provides a sporty driving experience and the smoothness that only a CVT offers.

All 2009 Muranos are available in front-wheel drive or with an advanced all-wheel drive system that adjusts to road conditions in a tenth of a second. The new 7-seater from Subaru, the Exiga, is finally official! Announced in May by Subaru's clever teaser, since yesterday in Japan we are able to enjoy this new vehicle. More sport oriented than being a true family car.

As a first for Subaru, not only are they capitalizing on their wagon SUV experience, but also their sport oriented car experience to bring us a new breed of vehicle, which should be more appealing to the younger generation... ??Like the new Impreza or Tribeca, the Exigea as for us, Europeans living in Japan, a taste of the American look. This may not be the best choice and has been criticized in the past with the Impreza's arguably good looking design.

1. Packaging

The EXIGA has realized ideal proportions that provide the optimal body size for better handling, as well as ample interior space through its carefully calculated measurements of the height, width, length, wheelbase, floor size, and roof design.

Front and rear visibility is maximized by the creative design and positioning of pillars and windows.

The three rows of seats are laid out at three different heights, like gradually elevated theater seating, placing the first and second rows slightly lower than the third to allow all passengers better outside views.

A large panoramic glass roof fully covers area above the second row of seats and enhances the openness of the interior. The glass roof is available as an option on all models except the 2.0i.

The subframe between the rear suspension and the chassis helps to reduce vehicle noise and absorb vibrations from the road.

By using the newly designed resin fuel tank and optimizing the body frame structure, the floor has been made flat to provide spacious legroom for passengers in the third row.

2. Design
[Exterior design]

The EXIGA exterior design expresses the integration of the utility of a seven-seater and elegant styling.

Two distinctively different front grille designs are available. The naturally aspirated models possess style that highlights refinement and simplicity with flowing chrome-plated contours. The design for the turbo model stresses a sporty and muscular impression by adopting a powerful wing-shape embellishment in dark plating on a metal mesh background.

Headlamps are designed to provide depth from the front view. With a blue-tinted lens placed in the middle of the lamp, the design accentuates boldness and presence.

Each of the four EXIGA model types is equipped with distinctive wheels and individually designed spokes.

Eight exterior colors are available.
[Interior design]

Decorative insets with a horizontally flowing pattern from the center panel of the dashboard to the door trim add spaciousness and a quality look to the interior. Rich and refined interior design is further accentuated by the center panel, which combines wood and metal finishes, as well as by the indirect blue LED light installed on the overhead console, center tray and some foot areas.

Ivory tone that accentuates openness and light, and black tone, which highlights both sportiness and elegance, are available as interior colors.

The seats are newly designed to firmly support the occupants and reduce fatigue, even during a long drive, and the seat cushions are made thick to effectively absorb vibration and provide comfort.

The meter module on the instrument panel is distinctively designed with the meter background faces illuminated in blue to make the white dials clearly readable. The Sport Luminescent Meter, outlined with chrome-plated meter rings, is available on the 2.0GT, 2.0i-L, and 2.0i-S.

3. Utility

By removing the headrests, the front seatbacks can be tilted back flat to provide room for occupants to lie down.

The left and right seats of the second row independently slide back and forth in a range of 180 mm. The seatbacks fold down easily with one-hand operation of the walk-in mechanism, allowing easy access to the third row seats.

The third-row seats employ reclining mechanisms for more relaxed travel. The seatbacks fold down flat with easy operation to provide expanded cargo space in the back of the vehicle.

Hooks for hanging bags, retractable hooks and 12-volt power outlet are provided in the cargo area.

Thanks to reduced projection into the interior of the wheel housing and rear suspension, the cargo floor has been made flat. The cargo space offers two tiers. There is a layer under the cargo floor board that offers more space for storing small items. Even tall items like baby strollers can be placed vertically in that space without the need to fold them and lay them on the floor.

Courtesy lamps are mounted inside of all doors for better egress/ingress at night.

Blue lights illuminate the inside of the instrumental panel recesses, the center console, and the foot of the first and second row seats. They are not only useful at night but serve as elegant and premium quality décor.

4. Powertrain

(1) 2.0-liter DOHC Engine (2.0i, 2.0i-L, 2.0i-S)

The use of a redesigned DOHC cylinder head and the active valve control system (AVCS) promotes excellent environmental performance. Also better fuel economy is realized through adoption of the regular gasoline engine.

With the optimization of the diameter and length of the intake manifold, and the adoption of the equal length/constant pulsation independent exhaust system, the engine’s intake and exhaust performance has been elevated.

Two catalytic convertors have been placed in tandem. The layout enables the convertors to quickly heat up, which facilitates catalytic activation during engine startup and improves on emission reduction efficiency.

By expanding exhaust capacity with the twin mufflers, air flow resistance inside the mufflers is reduced, and excellent engine output characteristics and noise reduction are realized.

The electric control sensor system helps reduce engine load and further improve fuel economy by controlling electric generation according to driving conditions.
(2) 2.0-liter DOHC Turbo Engine (2.0GT)

A lightweight, resin-based intake manifold is used. The inner walls of the manifold are smooth and less resistant to the intake flow, elevating intake efficiency.

The turbo charger was exclusively developed for the EXIGA. Optimization of its A/R and compressor, as well as a redesign of its turbine vane, have distinctively improved low-end torque and made powerful and responsive acceleration possible.

Also adopted is a secondary air system that forces air into the exhaust port to burn out any gasoline remaining in it. The system helps eliminate harmful substances when the powertrain is still cool, and it promotes early activation of a catalytic converter.

Through optimization of the construction of the intercooler, the pressure loss is kept at a minimum to improve cooling efficiency.

The electric control sensor system helps reduce engine load and further improve fuel economy.

5. Drivetrain and Chassis

Lightweight and compact 4-speed AT with the SPORTSHIFT gear selection is standard on all 2.0 liter naturally aspirated models. By optimizing the final gear ratio, as well as through reducing friction among part assemblies, driving performance has been enhanced and fuel economy improved.

5-speed AT with the SPORTSHIFT gear selection is standard on 2.0 liter turbo models. The down-shift blipping control is added to enhance smooth gear change response when shifting down in manual mode.

The SI-Dive (Subaru Intelligent Drive) system on the 2.0GT model offers three different modes of driving for the driver to enjoy: Intelligent; Sport; and Sport Sharp.

The Active Torque Split AWD system is mounted on all naturally aspirated engine models. The turbo model comes with Variable Torque Distribution (VTD) system. Both systems distribute optimal torque to the wheels with the firm grip and traction, providing unrivalled vehicle stability.

Integrating robust body structure with finely tuned chassis elements, all models feature Subaru DC3, which ensures outstanding handling and vehicle stability as well as superb riding comfort.

The vehicle is equipped with a strut-type front suspension, which is made lightweight and resilient. Newly designed cross-members and stabilizers yield excellent steering response.

A double-wishbone rear suspension with optimized suspension geometry settings provides exceptional traction and vehicle stability, as well as riding comfort, even at full occupancy.

All models employ four-wheel ABS disc brakes with EBD (Electric Brake-force Distribution) for superb braking performance. The Brake Assist system and a brake booster with unique tie- rod design appropriately maximize braking control.

Two types of tires, 205/60R16 and 215/50R17, are available. Both are capable of balancing various vehicle elements, including stability, braking, comfort, and mileage.

6. Body Construction and Safety

The EXIGA uses an advanced form of Subaru’s proprietary Ring-Shaped Reinforcement Frame Body Structure. Through streamlined body construction and the extensive use of high-tensile steel, the new model has achieved high body rigidity and light weight.

A cowl stay enhancement is used to connect the front side frame and A pillar, and supportive cross-members have been adopted to further improve steering response and increase vehicle stability.

The EXIGA, with its advanced frame construction, has realized high levels of safety and crash- worthiness through effectively absorbing and dispersing crash impact in frontal, side-, or rear- impact crashes.

By enhancing impact absorption in the front bumper and incorporating structural changes to the hood, the new model addresses safety features for pedestrians and other vehicles in collisions.

The front wiper system features a new uniform-pressure, fin-shaped design that creates downforce to prevent blade lift-off during high-speed driving.

Dual SRS (supplemental restraint system) air bags are standard on all models. SRS side air bags and curtain air bags that protect the third-row occupants are manufacturer’s options.

All pillar trim adopts impact-absorbing structures. To reduce the risk of whiplash injuries in a rear collision, the seatbacks employ new impact-absorbing designs.

A collapsible brake pedal is available on all models to reduce the risk of foot injuries in frontal collisions

7. Environmental Considerations

The EXIGA utilizes interior materials and adhesives that release much smaller amounts of VOCs (volatile organic compounds). Such VOCs as formaldehyde and toluene, which are believed to cause irritation in the nose and throat, have been largely reduced.

Highly recyclable, integrated PP (polypropylene) materials are used in the dashboard, door trim, and other parts. Recycled materials from PET bottles are also used.

The Info-Eco mode prompts the Info-Eco Indicator on the instrumentation to light up when running on low fuel consumption, encouraging mileage-conscious driving. In addition, The Eco Gauge, which promotes driving in an energy-saving manner is available on the 2.0i-L, 2.0i-S, and the 2.0GT.

8. Others

Ventilation for the rear seats is placed on top of the dashboard, effectively circulating air to the third row of seats. Standard on all models, the ventilation system is extremely quiet with greatly reduced operating and airflow noise, yet it efficiently cools the entire cabin.

The air conditioning system on the 2.0i-L, 2.0i-S and 2.0GT models offers a function to allow temperature adjustments independently on the left and right sides of the seats.

The combined audio system of CD player and AM/FM tuner, compatible with MP3 and WMA* formats, and an HDD navigation system with audio capability and a rearview camera (compatible with Subaru G-Book Alpha telematics service) are optional on all models.

Kerajaan hari ini menurunkan harga RON97, RON92 dan diesel sebanyak 10 sen masing-masing RM2.45, RM2.30 and RM2.40 seliter berkuatkuasa 25 September 2008.

Sebelum ini pada 23 Ogos ia telah dikurangkan sebanyak 15 sen seliter daripada RM2.70 kepada RM2.55 manakala harga diesel diturunkan 8sen kepada RM2.50 seliter.

Pada 4 Jun, kerajaan telah mengumumkan kenaikan78 sen seliter petrol kepada RM2.70. Manakala kenaikan RM1 diesel kepada RM2.58 seliter.

Pada 1 Ogos, Perdana Menteri berkata bahawa harga minyak akan disemak setiap bulan bermula 1 September harga purata minyak dunia dan subsidi ditetapkan 30 sen setiap liter.

Beliau juga memberi jaminan bahawa harga minyak tidak akan melebihi RM2.70 walaupun harga minyak dunia meningkat.

Ada kawan saya cukup takut kalau ada agen insurans nak jumpa dia. Saya pun tak tau kenapa orang macam dia takut sangat nak jumpa agen insurans. Jadi saya bertanya. Memang dia takut jumpa agen insurans sebab katanya cerita pasal mati je. Patutla. Mungkin cara agen-agen insurans ni promosikan produk insurans ni tak sesuai.
Saya ingat lagi semasa saya masih belajar dulu. Saya minat nak tau mengenai insurans ni. Jadi saya memohon latihan praktikal di salah satu agensi insurans. Selama 3 bulan saya di sana sempatlah juga saya mengambil peperiksaan di bawah kelolaan Institut Insurans Malaysia. Alhamdulillah saya lulus tanpa perlu baca apa-apa bukupun. Selama 3 bulan jugalah saya mendalami maksud sebenar dan tujuan insurans ni diadakan. Agensi ni merupakan agensi insurans nyawa. Nyawa?
Sedikit sebanyak saya nak cerita di sini, tujuan insurans ni bukan untuk menilai atau membayar harga nyawa kita. Nyawa anda tidak ternilai. Tapi insurans ni sebenarnya bertujuan menilai risiko yang akan berlaku kepada orang di bawah tanggungan anda sekiranya berlaku musibah kepada diri anda. Tak kiralah sama ada anda sakit, kemalangan, mengalami kecacatan ataupun kematian. Cuba anda tanya diri anda sendiri, apakah yang akan berlaku kepada tanggungan anda sekiranya ini berlaku kepada anda. Siapakah lagi yang ada untuk mereka mengadu? Mungkin masih ada keluarga. Tetapi berapa banyak sangat yang boleh diberikan oleh keluarga, terutamanya bantuan kewangan?
Di sinilah pentingnya insurans. Pada masa ini ada dua jenis insurans iaitu konvesional dan takaful. Walaupun pendekatannya berbeza namun tujuannya sama iaitu mengurangkan risiko tangunggan anda apabila anda ditimpa musibah.

Bayaran itulah yang boleh digunakan untuk tanggungan anda sama ada untuk menampung hidup dengan membuat pelaburan ataupun perniagaan. Sebelum risiko menimpa anda nasihatkanlah kepada tanggungan anda agar tidak membelanjakan bayaran tuntutan insurans yang bakal diterima kelak sewenang-wenangnya. Gunakan dengan berhemah. Kadang-kadang orang kita akan menghabiskan serta-merta wang yang banyak kepada kehendak. Dahulukan keperluan, jangan dahulukan kehendak. Jika anda rasa insurans ini penting untuk anda. Mengapa anda melabur? Adakah menyimpan sama seperti melabur.Laman ini akan saya gunakan untuk berkongsi sedikit pengetahuan dan pengalaman bagaimana untuk melindungi wang anda daripada susut nilai. Walaupun saya bukan orang yang pakar dalam pelaburan atau perniagaan tetapi sedikit sebanyak pengetahuan yang saya telah pelajari dan sedikit pengalaman yang saya ada telah membantu saya terus hidup seperti biasa tanpa perlu memikirkan masalah kewangan atau beban kenaikan harga barangan dan perkhidmatan.
Pengajian saya dalam bidang pengurusan sumber dan pengajian pengguna di sebuah universiti tempatan telah banyak membantu saya menguruskan kewangan dengan baik. Saya bukan orang kaya yang layak untuk memberi nasihat untuk anda menjadi kaya, tetapi saya adalah orang senang untuk memberikan anda nasihat bagaimana untuk hidup tidak kaya tetapi senang. Tidak perlu bekerja tanpa rehat tetapi kepala masih perlu berfikir bagaimana untuk hidup senang. Tetapi bekerjalah seperti orang biasa yang sentiasa rasa senang dan tenang.
Pokoknya bagaimanakah untuk anda hidup senang jika pendapatan yang anda ada hanya cukup untuk menampung perbelanjaan anda selama 4 minggu atau 5 minggu sahaja. Maksudnya pendapatan anda hanya cukup-cukup untuk sebulan sahaja. Apakah yang perlu anda lakukan untuk hidup senang? Mengorbankan sedikit kehendak anda pada hari ini untuk hidup senang pada hari esok? Ya, tentu sekali. Itupun jika anda tidak ingin bekerja 24 jam. Cuba anda fikirkan. Anda mempunyai pendapatan RM4ribu sebulan, tetapi anda mula ke bekerja pada pukul 8 pagi. Setelah selesai urusan anda pada hari itu anda balik ke rumah. Perjalanan balik ke rumah setelah menempuh kesesakan lalulintas menyebabkan anda tiba di rumah pada pukul 7.30 malam. Setelah membersihkan badan dan makan malam bersama keluarga anda menonton televisyen seketika. Anda tidur pada pukul 10 malam. Ini kerana esok anda perlu bangun awal untuk bekerja lagi. Itulah rutin hidup anda setiap hari. Hmm, bila masa nak guna wang yang anda dapat tu? Hari minggu tak sempat nak ke mana-mana kerana takut penat sebab hari isnin nak bekerja lagi.Anda belilah kereta tak berapa mahal dan rumah tak berapa besar. kereta tak berapa mahal anda hanya digunakan untuk berulang-alik ke tempat kerja. rumah tak berapa besar anda umpama hotel yang hanya dijadikan tempat menginap. Kalau macam tu lebih baik sewa hotel atau beli rumah kecil sahaja.
Adakah anda tahu bahawa wang anda yang bernilai Rm4ribu itu boleh bekerja untuk anda. Nak simpan lagila boleh. Walaupun anda tidak boleh menjadi kaya raya dengan jumlah yang kecil itu tetapi percayalah anda akan boleh hidup senang. Anda tidak perlu berfikir untuk membayar kereta, rumah anda dan juga perbelanjaan dapur anda. Eh,tak perlu bekerja lagi? Betul. Tapi sabarlah sikit. Walau apapun yang hendak dilakukan pokok pangkalnya sabar. Barulah anda boleh hidup senang. Bukan kaya raya, tapi senang.Kerja dulu. Kalau tak mana nak dapat duit. Kereta dan rumah pun kena bayar sendiri dulu. Bukan susah nak senang tapi senang je kalau nak susah.

Langkah 1.
Simpan sedikit pendapatan anda tu.

RM4000 anda dibelanjakan ke mana? Belanja ajelah…ada lebih simpan la sikit…itulah salah anda…jangan takut untuk menyalahkan diri anda kerana selama ini anda tidak tahu bagaimanakah untuk bermula.Sebelum terlambat baik anda mulakan sekarang.
RM4000 itu simpanlan sedikit. 5 peratus pun tidak mengapa. Bermakna anda menyimpan sebanyak RM200 sebulan. Tak kiralah ke dalam mana-mana akaun sekalipun. Jadi wang anda hanya tinggal Rm3800 sahaja. Andaikan anda membayar hutang rumah sebanyak RM800 dan kereta RM500. Jumlahnya ialah RM1300 sebulan. Wang anda hanya tinggal RM2500 sebulan. Petrol dan tol anda ialah sebanyak RM600 sebulan. Wang anda hanya tinggal RM1100 sebulan.Bil elektrik, air dan telefon mungkin mencecah RM200 sebulan. Jadi wang anda berbaki RM900 sebulan. Itulah yang boleh anda belanjakan untuk makan, minum dan makan angina.Wang itu pasti akan habis dibelanjakan. Jangan belanja dulu. Anda kena ingat, anda perlu ada wang untuk waktu kecemasan atau terdesak. Waktu-waktu sebegitu tidak datang selalu. Jadi simpanlah lagi RM50 daripada pendapatan anda untuk waktu-waktu seperti itu. Jangan simpan dalam akaun yang sama dengan akaun wang 5 peratus tadi. Wang 5 peratus tadi jangan sekali-kali anda keluarkan. Lupa nak beritahu. Mak di kampung siapa nak tanggung kalau bukan anda? SIKSANYA NAK BUAT MACAM NI!!!!.Tentukan itu yang anda fikirkan. Memang siksa. Saya pun tak buat macam ni. SIKSA!!!!
Langkah 2
Langkah ni kurang menyiksa diri bagi yang baru bekerja dan tiada tanggungan hutang seperti kereta, rumah dan keluarga.Pendapatan anda RM2000. Jangan mulakan hutang.Habis? Bagaimana aku nak ada kereta dan rumah macam kawan-kawan yang lain? Isshh! Nak naik bas hari-hari pergi kerja? Nak tinggal di rumah sewa dengan kawan-kawan sampai bila? Taknak aku. Jatuh standard aku sebagai “Eksekutif Bank”. Kerja bank…tak payah nak susah-susah fikir pasal duit. Boleh pinjam pinjaman peribadi ni. Boleh pinjam. Sebab SAYA PUN PINJAM. Nak buat apa duit tu? Nak dihabiskan? Habiskanlah. Buat apa nak simpan. Bujang lagi. Buat apa nak simpan duit. Dah kahwin esok simpanlah duit. Boleh ke? Nanti tak sempat kahwin dah hutang berlambak. Nak kahwin pun kena hutang.Tak dapat bayar hutang isteri bank tarik.
Anda boleh membeli kereta dan rumah.Tapi sebelum membeli kereta dan rumah. Jangan fikir nak bayar sendiri kereta dan rumah tu. Apa kata kalau saya mencadangkan supaya anda membuka akaun ASB yang susah nak buat anda jadi kaya tu.Risiko kerugian hampir tiada.
Berapa anda boleh pinjam untuk gaji RM2000 sebulan? Anda boleh membuat pinjaman sehingga 60 peratus potongan gaji anda. Pergi bank buat kiraan. Kalau anda ke bank anda boleh pinjam RM50000 untuk pelaburan ASB tanpa perlu menunjukkan slip gaji anda. Ada IC dan Buku ASB dah cukup. Untung ke? Boleh kaya ke? JAWAPAN : Tak untung dan tak boleh kaya. Habis bang? Buat apa nak melabur? Ini rahsianya:
Jika anda pinjam RM50000 daripada bank untuk ASB.
Pulangan yang anda dapat selepas setahun ialah 8 – 9% setahun atau RM4000 sehingga RM4500. Itu lebih kurang RM333 sehingga RM375 sebulan. Anda bayar sebulan lebih kurang RM400. Pendapatan anda RM2000-RM400=RM1600. Banyak lagi. Tapi rugilah macam ni.Untung takde. Buatpe nak bayar? Tak payah bayarlah. Nak pinjam tetapi taknak bayar. Macam mana tu?
Kita buat macam ni. RM4000 tu jangan keluarkan. Simpan dulu.Dapat tahun depan pun simpan lagi RM4000+RM4000=RM8000. Salah kiraan anda tu. RM4000 yang dah ada tu akan jadi RM4320.Kan dividennya setiap tahun. Jadi jumlahnya RM8320. baru 2 tahun. Tahun ke 3 RM8985+4000 = RM12985.60. Anda dah bayar berapa RM selama tiga tahun tu? RM400 X 36bulan = RM14400. rugi…. Ya ke rugi…anda lupa..RM50000 yang anda pinjam tu masih ada..RM50000+RM12985.60=RM62985.60. Dah banyak wang anda.cuba kira tahun keempat berapa RM anda akan dapat daripada RM62985.60 tu..lebih kurang RM5038.84.Sebulan anda akan dapat lebih kurang RM419. Anda bayar RM400 sahaja. Dah untung RM19 sebulan. Tunggu 4 tahun? Lama tu. Tak mengapa.Duit RM400 tu boleh anda gunakan untuk bayar pinjaman . RM19 simpan.Apalagi? Setakat nak kereta nasional dah boleh tu.Tak rugi sebab dividen ASB yang bayar pinjaman ASB anda sekarang.20 tahun lagi RM50000 tu tetap anda akan dapat. Duit tak habis kereta pun dapat. Apa yang anda nak lagi? Nak kereta bagus sikit? Pinjam lebih sikit. Tak rugi jika anda menangguh demi kesenangan anda di masa hadapan. Tapi sabarlah dulu sebelum nak membeli apa2 sekalipun.Kalau nak kahwin pun dah tak payah berhutang. ASB bayar hantarannya.
KEPADA YANG DAH ADA KELUARGA DAN DAH BUAT HUTANG BAGAIMANA?
Apa kawan-kawan nak susah? Kawan-kawan masih ada RM200 sebulankan? Takkan nak simpan je. Kalau berani tanggung risiko pinjam la untuk ASB. Tak payah slip gaji pun kalau setakat Rm30000. Pinjam 20 tahun pun takpe. Bank untung 6 peratus setahun. Anda untung 8-9 peratus setahun. Tapi ingat duit keuntungan anda jangan dikeluarkan. Sehingga tahun kelima. Kalau saya memang tak payah keluarkan sehingga habis bayar hutang. Anda akan tengok dalam akaun ASB anda jumlah yang anda tidak jangkakan.
Pendapatan saya taklah sebanyak mana. Tapi hasil daripada pelaburan saya adalah sebanyak pendapatan gaji saya buat masa ini. Hasil kesabaran pendapatan saya akan bertambah setiap bulan.Ingat, bukan setiap tahun. Tapi setiap bulan. Banyak saham amanah yang diwujudkan oleh pihak bank buat masa ini. Koperasi juga banyak. Pilihlah yang mana boleh membantu untuk meningkatkan pendapatan anda. Ada yang risiko tinggi tetapi pulangan juga tinggi. Ada yang risiko rendah. Hidup ini umpama terbang di angkasa. Bila memandang ke bawah bukan semuanya damai. Kadang-kadang pandangan kita indah. Laut membiru nan luas saujana mata memandang. Sawah padi menghijau umpama hamparan permaidani gergasi. Kadang-kadang mata kita terpana. Gunung-ganang yang ditarah, sungai-sungai lumpur mengalir, hutan hijau yang pudar hijaunya.
Inilah hidup bisik hatiku. Kita ingin bahagia. Tapi bilakah kebahagian sebenarnya kan menyinari hidup ini? Jawapannya ada dalam diri. Tempuhi segalanya. Laut yang biru dilayari, sawah yang hijau dijejaki, gunung-ganang tandus didaki, sungai-sungai lumpur direnangi, hutan yang pudar hijaunya diredah. Duka mengajar kita erti bahagia. Bahagia pula seharusnya mengingatkan kita agar jangan lalai dan alpa. Itulah betapa indahnya hidup. Hanya orang yang faham hikmahnya akan mengecapi ertinya yang sebenar. Jangan kita menyalahkan diri atau takdir apabila ditimpa kesusahan dan jangan kita bangga apabila diberikan nikmat. Semua itu hanya sementara. kerana selagi kita masih bernyawa. Laut dan sungai tetap akan kita temui, gunung-ganang dan hutan belantara belum pasti. Pasti dan mesti....hidup ada duka ada bahagia. Bukan kerana harta bertimbun di sana bahagia. Bukan kerana 'tiada' kita duka. Duka dan bahagia berbeza bagi setiap manusia.
